Bought a Down East 5 person spa at the 2009 Providence Home Show. It ran fine until the middle of May 2010 when it kept tripping the breaker. I called repeatedly day after day and they failed to pick up the phone so I could only leave a message, I finally got a return call from a service person who said it would be two weeks before I would get a service call because ""this is their busy time"" or something like that. I asked if I could help diagnose the problem to speed up the repair. ...Long story short. June 5th and a part is on back-order and my spa is still out of service.
