I've lived here for 3+ years and it has to be the quietest place I've lived in yet. Even though there are 300 units here, you would never know it. You can hear a pin drop. Yes, management is very strict but you can see that this attitude works because it is VERY clean. Everyone here respects others' privacy and space. Can you imagine the chaos if management were lax? Our beautifully manicured lawns, and the new fountains in the ponds make it a delight to come home to after work.
Pros: quiet, clean, management does a great job
Cons: not for you if you don't like clean, quiet living
