This place is located in a shack in less than pristine condition. My dog had been hit by a car and had a SERIOUS leg fracture that required extensive surgery and healing time. He was very matted and needed to be shaved. Unfortunately, we brought him here. After being lectured about ""bad"" grooming habits (keep in mind the dog's situation), accused of bad training, and given unwanted medical opinions, the groomer actually STRUCK my dog in front of me and my 10 year old stepson. I was enraged that she did that, and I fear what they may have done while I wasn't there. I guess if you don't mind paying a person to criticize you and strike your pet, The Whoo might be OK, but I wouldn't send a dead groundhog to these rude, and nasty people. Stay away and go to someone that will actually love and care for your pet in the same way you would!
