As a woman it is difficult enough to take your car in for service, and you hope that the man behind the counter is shooting you straight. After misdiagnosing my Lexus as needing three new cylinder Coils to the tune of $600, Before I approved the repair, they assured me that this would fix the problem. The cars problem was not fixed. I was then told it was the timing sensor and the problem would just work itself out. I asked if it would hurt the car to drive it that way, and they told me it would be perfectly fine.\r
That two was a lie.....it burnt up my catalytic converter! I don't know how the personnell at Savannah Firestone sleep at night. \r
