He has always responded quickly to every call or email regarding our current residence.\r

He is not intrusive and is very polite not to mention professional in every meeting. He assesses the problem and fixes the issue in a timely manner.\r

In response to the negative feedback below. What is wrong with trying to fix the issue first before spending unnecessary money on buying a new appliance when the current one can be fixed. The following comment must have come from a High Maintenance tenant that should think first before accusing Larry of neglecting their needs. I believe these comments are coming from a “Negative” individual that needs a reality check.\r

In the past 3 years we have had to call Larry to fix appliances and the jobs were completed efficiently & effectively.\r

We are so pleased with Larry Day that due to his efficiently; we have recommended his services to others. These individuals are as well pleased with renting or having Larry rent their own properties.\r

I give Larry Day 5 gold stars to rent from or rent your property for you!!!!\r

If you want a landlord that is all in your business and will not respond in a timely manner don’t call Larry Day.\r
