The lady who works there is Nalyn and she is pretty friendly. I go there about once a month (I'm a guy, but she does mostly women) and she makes sure to take her time cutting. She uses those scissors that do not fray my hair. You can complain to her about your haircut if you don't like it and she'll fix it anytime for free. It is close to Ithaca Bakery for coffee on the other corner. I went to a few other places in Collegetown and near the mall, but I felt like they rushed me and just kind of buzzed the sides of my hair, so I didn't go back to those.
Pros: hair washing area, careful haircutting, polite service
Cons: location (had to take bus 30 to get to Triphammer Mall)
