I've been attending Jason's functional stretch class which is really great for getting out the kinks. I tried the kick boxing for the first time Friday at Club Sportif and Spa and it was really a lot of fun. It is a great way to get out the week's frustration and by burning a lot of calories. Jason is fun, relaxed and there are all fitness levels in the class so no need to feel like you have to have expert training already to fit in, I would highly recommend!!
