Went to this store because sprint customer service instructed me to do so. manager took 2 personal calls when she was supposed to be helping me. She refused to pull up my account or even touch my phone and kept trying to send me to another store. was very confrontational and demeaning. spoke using slang words. Lakisha was VERY unprofessional. i will NEVER go to this location again. worst customer service experience i have ever had.
