I called to get an estimate on having my wedding dress cleaned and the woman snapped ""well how should I know how much it will cost? I haven't seen it, have I?"" I was shocked but offered to bring it in for her to assess. Her attitude got worse and worse until I suggested I'd better just find another cleaner. She was going ballistic as I hung up. Yikes. That was a major cleaning job they just lost out on.
