We hired Photography Shoppe to do my bridal pictures and my wedding. I was pleased with the photographer for my bridal portraits, but the pictures did not come out great. that was not a huge deal to me...I figured they would be better for the wedding. I got 2 photographers the day of the wedding, and several pictures were missing. There are NO pictures of my parents together, among other things. I got the CD of my proofs, which included about 400 pictures. I could tell pictures were missing that I remembered taking. I asked for the originals, and had to file with the Better Business Bureau and threaten with a lawyer in order to get them to send the originals. Now I am trying to get in touch with them to make sure they received the order forms for my albums, but they are not returning my phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They show you the greatest pictures when you go for a consultation, and then your pictures don't even compare to those shown to you. My pictures are terrible compared to the ones that were showed to us!!!!!
