My wife was having problems with the contact in her right eye. Same prescription in both eyes. We decided to try a different manufacturer that she had used in the past to see if that would solve her problem. I ordered the contacts online. The order was declined by the doctor's office. Even though we had been in within the past 4 months, the prescription was the same, only a different manufacturer that my wife had used prior, they wouldn't let us fill the prescription without coming in. I was clear in my explanation to them that my insurance wouldn't cover another visit. How convenient. They charge a $39 in between office visit. I feel like I've gotten nickel and dimed by this office at every turn. Congratulations, you'll get your $39, and lose 2 customers in the process. Pros: I Like Overpaying! Cons: Everything more
