Well, I have ridden Harelys for quite some time now. Have been patronizing HK for many years.Actually quite a while before Hans sold the place. Walter kinda soured me on HK. Thought perhaps it would never be the same without Hans. But I have to say that Dan and Jane have changed my mind. Having been paid to work on motorcycles, cars and airplanes, I really hate to have anyone touch my vehicles. Earlier this week I inqured about having slip-ons and a high-flow kit installed on my bagger. I usually do all the work on my vehicles myself, but Dan quoted me a price that I couldn't imagine. One hour labor for the installation. Livermore Harley wanted 2 1/2 hours. So, needless to say, I booked my time in the shop. Of-course I told Dan to take his time, I didn't want anything forgotten, left lose, and most of all, ""no grubby hand prints on my bike"". (I just hate that, even though I rarely wash my bike) Went to pick up my bike this evening and everything was as promised. They even cleaned the bike for me.
