I paid for a six month lease at the Montebello Apartments. When I first moved in, my garage door did not work. I complained they told me it was fine. Not fine at all...It still doesn't work even when standing right in front of the door. Three days after I moved in, I complained I had no hot water in my bathroom. The apartments tried telling me that it was because I was running my heater. It took me more than three weeks to get my water heater fixed. Then I had to call because my apartment became infested with spiders and thes beetle looking bugs. The apartment complex was supposed to have ORKIN come spray. Two and a half weeks later they finally came, only after I called over and over again. Then the night ORKIN came out, the bugs got worst. I called the office and ORKIN only for them to tell me that my house being infested with bugs is not an emergency and they would be out in the morning to take a look. REALLY? How would you sleep with three small kids in the house and your floor infested with bugs??? The playground they claim to be so great is very small and half the equipment is broken. Think twice before renting here, you may get more then you bargained for...
