My Benz was towed in because it stalled on the roadside. Told Sam & Joe's AC was also out. Was charged several hundred dollars for the ""repair"" (turned out a fuse was replaced due to incorrect wattage). Had a mechanic from Craigs list come over to work on my Durango and while he was here he looked at Benz AC as a favor. His diagnostic equip helped him locate a spark plug that was in the wrong spot. He pulled out and placed it in the correct spot. Went back to S&J to complain about them not finding this spark plug when they charged the $400 for the original work but they just gave me the run around and did nothing. Eventually said they would run a separate diagnostic for the AC that would be $200 bucks! Craigs list mechanic had already fixed it!! I WILL NEVER use their business again and will make sure any other unsuspecting customer is warned of their shoddy work ethic.
