Had a virus on my computer they came out to fix and things were going normal for a service like that. They took it into the shop after being late. They do the repairs and return it to me. They had to mirror my files but deleted needed files on it that said were very important. About 30 minutes after the tech leaves it freezes up and my mouse and keyboard stop working. Call them back to pick it up and they pick it up a day later. They found that my videocard burnt out offered to replace it, so they put one in and called and said it was done. I was in the area so I started to make it their way about 10 minutes later a tech calls and says after doing some QA on it they found a problem. Do not call me and tell me it s done if it is not. After another day they tell me the motherboard is fried now but it should work funny how it supposedly works in their shop but when I get i home nothing works and the thing wont even come on. Do not use these guys.
