We left our dog there last weekend because we had an urgent family situation and could not get into another kennel in time. We made it clear we were going to pick him up on Sunday but when we got there nobody was at the kennel to help us. Nobody answered the phone and the door was locked. We had to track down a girl who was hanging around outside to find someone to help us. Our dog was delivered back to us with fleas and was touchy and withdrawn when we picked him up. We also found two ticks on him. Next time we'll go somewhere else.
