Update to my review: Nick called me today and had been out of town and had forgotten about the issue. He issued me a full refund! He was very nice and apologetic and I feel good about this company again. Things happen, my only concern was getting it refunded.
Response to comment: What are you talking about? Texas Poker was not returning my phone calls or emails for over a week. The box was actually cut in half and I sent photos of it to Nick and he was able to get a refund from UPS as well. I was actually ""barking up the right tree"" because I needed to go through that company to have this resolved and if they ignore their customers, that is hard to do.

So I started out having a good experience with this vendor. I needed to have something rush shipped to me for a conference that I had that was only a week later. Nick Streeby helped make sure it got to me in time at the cost of $55 rush ship (the item was not much more). I was grateful that they were able to do it and Nick spoke with me about the best way to ship it.
I got the item the day before I left for the conference in pieces. The box was ripped in half and it was just a mess. I totally understand that things happen in the mail, so I figured I would have to find an alternative and simply wanted a refund.
Nick Streeby confirmed they had refunded everything, then wrote a follow up email saying he needed more photos. I sent more photos and have been following up now for over a week via phone and email and am being completely ignored.
My item cost $75, I paid over $50 in shipping and they have not refunded a cent and will not return calls or emails. Super bummed. Luckily it was for my company, so they can deal with our legal department. Thought we could resolve it directly... no luck.
Stay away!!
