This is the worst company in Norfolk to rent from. The people in the office will lie to you, take forever to do any maintenance, and never return phone calls. The main lady who does rentals would rather yell at you than to be nice. You would think if your job is to rent apartments you would be a bit nicer. The only time she was nice was when I put in my move-out notice.
When returning the deposit, they will charge you out the A$$ for stuff you've never done or had any control over.
RENTER BEWARE!
PS: If you have a leak of any sort - be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for repair while your stuff gets damaged and they laugh all the way to the bank.
Worst landlord I have EVER dealt with. STAY AWAY
