It is rare that I give the highest score for a review. About 8 months ago I had an accident riding my bike and fractured my L1 vertebrae and did some muscle damage. I am also a runner and I was not able to run or do much for that matter. I had severe pain in the muscles in my lower back. A friend told me about Crystal and 5 months after my injury I went to see her. After a few sessions of Ashiatsu Deep Tissue Massage Therapy my pain is greatly reduced and I am running again. It's amazing how she finds where the problem areas are just by feel. Thanks to Crystal, I am able to run and ride mountain bikes again and I continue to get better.
