Brought in 2 pair of shoes on Friday, June 25, 2010 around 11:00 a.m.. Was quoted a total of $60.00, one pair was $20.00 to replace liners and the other was $40.00 to replace liners, heel bottom pieces (plastic), glue top of shoe back to sole. He said to come back at 3:00 p.m. Fiancee picked up shoes - brought home. The liners weren't replaced, missed an area that needed to be glued, sprayed black, still could see scufffs. Of course I was upset so we went back over to discuss. The man said that replacing the liners wasn't in the estimate. He wasn't willing to do anything - in fact he thought it was funny. I will NEVER recommend anyone to that shoe repair store - as usual will have to go OUT OF LOMPOC to get service.
