I made a quick decision to buy a table set for my new apartment. I had it delivered and when they delivered it to my place it was too big. I was late getting home and had my dear hubby there to wait. When I got in the house I said. WOW! It took up the whole room. I called Van right then and told her this is not going to work.
She said all sales final! After she talked to the manager they agreed to take back the table and let me re-select. Since I bought a cheaper set she aloud me to put my left over money on a new couch.
She didnt even charge me a re-delivery fee for my mistake. Thanks for working with me .. Well It pays to be nice to customers... I sent in 2 of my neighbors already. I saw the decor truck here last night...
