Okay so I had my car repaired elsewhere and it had all kinds of issues. I brought it to Massey Cadillac to be repaired and they resolved everything. The paint shop manager is tough, but in return you get your car back the way it should be!
If there is a delay on your car, it's generally because the manager isn't happy in my experience and wanted my car corrected! This happens anywhere, and I want quality control not just a turned out car!
