My daughter got married in Minneapolis recently. Because she lives on the East Coast I was entrusted with the flowers. She emailed pictures of bouquets she liked, as a guide, and I met with four florists to get estimates. Three of them went by the pictures very literally and the estimates were expensive. Only at Hermes did the florist, Georgie, make suggestions for how to keep the overall look we wanted while substituting some of the expensive flowers with ones that would save us some money. The result was perfect! And the flowers so fresh! In fact, four days later I have the bridesmaids bouquets in a vase of water and they still look great.
