As a respected and honorable business here in Holland, with the sole purpose of helping our fellow Small Business community, and with the unique resources to effectively and consistently accomplish this goal, we contacted Owner Steve Windemuller as a professional courtesy to extend a genuine opportunity which could and would help him and his business to be more successful in resolving issues, decreasing unwanted expenses/costs, increasing revenue, and creating opportunities for healthy profit & growth, but he was closed-minded to the idea that anyone could help him, and he was blatantly rude and hostile and hung-up on us. If this is what he considers to be appropriate telephone etiquette, or being a mature professional, then it will come as quite a shock when he gets a poor response from other real professionals in the community, not to mention customers. I can't imagine why anyone would want to ""bite the hand that feeds you"", so to speak. It is difficult to have effective interactions, professional or personal, with the negativity he demonstrated. It is clear that he does not want any assistance from anyone, even if it is the right kind of assistance from the right kind of sources. He'd rather flounder on his own. What a pity.
