His team's dedication and ability to help me find a home I love, while guiding me in making a smart investment choice are uncanny. I am an all out, get things done type of guy; so when I decided I wanted to buy a home, I already had the location, price and what I needed to be happy lined up. However Mark still helped me take a step back and really define my goals and hopes in a way that not only truly suited me better, but made the process so much easier. I never anticipated landing in my dream neighborhood (Crestview), however with some coaching I am proud to say I am getting all that I had on my wish list plus 200 sq/ft and charm I can't imagine finding in another home. Back to being an ""all out type of guy"" from the date I contacted Mark about purchasing a home to the date I closed my option period was less than a month. Mark handled my ADD, rapid fire, barely intelligible requests, thoughts, and ideas like a true seasoned pro. He somehow managed to navigate through the noise I was emitting and led me to my house. Upon securing the house the interaction did not stop. In my experience it is pretty customary to get the standard follow-up, closing walkthough, Christmas cards and other feel good marketing touches (though I must admit, Mark's business cards are some of the coolest I have ever seen). With Mark and his team the closing is merely the halfway point. My home was previously a rental which left a lot of room for growth, and investment opportunities as well as the chance to make it my own. Mark once again saved me from myself by leading me towards the correct decisions. If I had been left to my own devices I would be over invested and broke in an unfinished home. However he continues to coach me on smart investments not only in terms of equity growth but more importantly on quality of life improvements. I cannot say enough good things about Strub Residential. I never fathomed a business transaction could lead to such a strong bond and trust in another individual in a matter of three weeks. For any real estate need, I pity the fool who doesn't start with the Strub Residential team.
