The perception I had of a Real Estate agent was that of a very pushing individual more interested in speeding up a sale than in assessing and fulfilling the real needs of the customer. Additionally, since I was coming from out of state the distance added more of that risk factor to my buying experience. From the first minute I spoke with Mark over the phone, he immediately got my interest due to his obvious knowledge and ample experience of both the current trends and the future of Austin market. His approach is very relaxed, yet his recommendations are clear, concise and very professional. After carefully assessing my needs, he put together a comprehensive list of properties that matched my budget, size and expected location. He even drove me to several properties I was interested on until we got exactly what we expected. My buying experience could not have been more rewarding and after a couple of searching weeks we are in the right track to ownership thanks to a real professional as Mark Strub. And as for my perception, at least for now it has dissipated thanks to a real Real Estate Agent.
