I have been working out at DASH for 2 months and it is fun and exciting. It has changed up my workout routine and made me excited to workout again. I have learned a ton about exercise and nutrition. The workouts are hard (there are modifications for beginners) but they always make you feel motivated to keep working. Within a couple of classes you will be a pro. The trainers work with you and get you pumped up to work as hard as you are able. DASH is great for beginners and experts. I give DASH 2 thumbs up and have recommended it to tons of friends.
