We have lived here for 2 years and I haven't had a single problem. My fridge has freaked out couple times. One of them was yesterday. I called the male manager that the other review said was lazy- I hung up the phone and before I was able to pick up before he got there, he was at my door and had it fixed. Both times, I have been amazed. VERY impressed with everything. We did have our car broken in to once- not their fault- but they have installed better lighting since. It hasn't happened since. One thing I hear complaining about is the one way in, one way out thing. What they don't think about is that that probably is cutting down on a lot of crime for us. Nobody will want to come all the way around to get into mischief, just to go all the way around for a getaway. Although it does take a little extra time, I appreciate the safe feeling that creates.
