I had done business along with my family for yrs with Tinkham. This last experance with them was bad. My daughter totaled her car so we called for early payoff. Tinkham gave us the early pay off quote and we took the insurence check to them which was 47.00 more than payoff and they refused to give us the extra money...saying they didnt have to even take the early payoff....
