Savage came to our house three separate times to fix the same problem. Each time, their answer was to add more freon, or as it turns out, mask the problem so they can sting you with additional service calls. The third visit came not even three weeks after the second service call. I informed the technician that the service call should be covered under their 30 day warranty, spelled out on each invoice. I was then transferred to the owner who immediately voided/negated his warranty and then spent the next two minutes throwing a temper tantrum on the phone about how ""it wasn't his problem."" The crowning jewel of the whole experience was the hang up at the end....from the owner. When all was said and done, my air conditioning unit is still not functioning properly, I am $800 in the hole, completely insulted, and absolutely disgusted with the whole interaction. BUYER BEWARE, this has easily been the worst case of customer service I have ever had the displeasure to be involved with. more
