My only complaint is his receptionists. They are not friendly over the phone. They make it seem like your are taking their time away when speaking on the phone. First of all, that is their JOB. Someone needs to teach them that when you speak on the phone is have to say THANK YOU and Is there anything else I can help you with? Have a great day... nothing. They simply say ""uhhh bye."" How rude is that?
