I ordered drapes and the wrong size was shipped. I Called and customer server went right to work. The drapes went back and were rehemed and sent back to me. I hung my new Thai Silk drapes and they are just beautiful! Excellent customer service every step of the way. I have already ordered another pair. I have 3 more rooms to do, and they will all have Half Price Drapes on the windows.
