My car was towed on a Friday. They had no weekend hours and it says specifically on their recording when I called, by appointment only!! Fine..I called twice and left 2 kind messages and NEVER received a call back. When the car was being picked up on Monday (and charged 2 extra days that were not neccessary) My total was $200 instead of $30!! The guy behind the car was extremely rude and out of line. He made threatening remarks and crude comments! I will never recommend this business to anyone!!
Cons: Lousy Hours, poor communication and customer service
