My brother & I contacted this company due to a green flyer - So glad Andy saved it! The written estimate seemed fair for several long overdue upgrades needed on Mom's 50 yr old home. Frank Ghorban gv a senior disc, but what sealed the deal (my brother always wants to mull over decisions) was the replcmnt of an ad'l kitchen window. Izet & Jose started on the day & time stated & hv replcd concrete steps going up the hill, added light/exhaust fans to 2 bathrms, replc'd kitchen windows, repaired the gutter system, replcd a door + designed & instld a redwood mini-deck w/ramp for the family rm & kitchen exits. They hv consistently been AHEAD of schedule (even the custom windows came early) which is important to me since I'd like to go home to OR. asap. Andy has even agreed to ad'l wrk!!
