I moved here two years ago from Northern Virginia and used drive back there for haircuts. I was afraid to let someone new cut my hair because my hair is problematic, I tend to be a perfectionist, and I've always lived in major metropolitan areas where you can generally find the best stylists.
So it was with some trepidation that I went to a new salon. Now that I have, I wish I'd done it sooner. Kate did an excellent job with my hair--I love it. It's edgy yet age-appropriate. Kate cut and styled my hair for my features and hair type, and she took the time to show me how to work with my cowlicks when I style my new do at home.
