The estimate was 2+ hours over actual and the movers were unable to assemble the furniture. Basically, I had to pay 2 extra hours and the work promised was not completed. I had to assemble my dining table and entire bedroom. I could not communicate with anyone on-site so furniture ended up in the wrong rooms. I had to send them away so they could not charge me additional time for no work. I could have done much better with 2 friends and a Ryder truck. Beware!
