I called Penmar Management about 3 years when I was first looking for management. Unfortunately, I went with another property manager because they were closer to my property and I thought that would make a difference.
Long story short, I went through 2 different management companies before I re-read the material that Bob Green over at Penmar had given me. Now that I had more experience with management companies, I could better appreciate how Penmar does things. Penmar has been managing my property now for about 9 months. They put in a better quality of tenants in both of the units that had been vacant, everyone is paying on time, the property is looking better, and my rents are up.
I really like the courtesy and quick response of the entire staff at Penmar. As an engineer, I appreciate how well organized they are. Needless to say, I recommend Penmar Management to anyone who wants their properties ran like a business seeking the highest return on its investment.
