Before you do anything, you should now that you will be charged $68.90 for a house call. The place is run by two Jamaican gentlemen. A father and son operation. The TV they repaired did actually show a picture and sound but with the sound there was a droning that did not go away. You could hardly watch TV. Another thing is the phone manners. Totally rude.
Overall, I wouldn't get my TV repaired again unless I had no choice.
