My Dr. in Santa Clarita has not recieved any of my moms medical information, my mom ODA is 90 yrs old. And I didn't know very much info. about her health issues as she lived with my sister and my sister didn't tell so much, I always asked how they were doing. So when she passed away , I was blind on my mom's health. It would be nice is Dr. Jensen's office staff would do there job and send my mom's info. to my Dr.'s office. AS I PAID THEM TO DO THAT!!! I've even tryed calling the office but yet haven't gotten through. Dr. Jensen is a very good Doctor he just needs a better staff.
