I was terrified of joining one of the large boot camps where you get yelled at nonstop, so was pleased to find that Andre keeps his groups a manageable size and uses positive reinforcement to motivate you. He's knowledgeable, energetic, and keeps a careful watch on everyone to ensure that we're doing the exercises correctly so that we get the results we want. He listens to your goals for weight loss and target ?problem? areas, and modifies the workouts based on your feedback.
