Andre is by far the best trainer that I've had. . .ever! The groups are small enough for him to spend time working with each person one-on-one, so it often feels like a personal training session!
The sessions are always different, and part of the excitement is not knowing what to expect!
Andre will always take the time to make sure that you are doing each exercise the right way, so that you won't injure yourself, and he always has the best attitude.
I never could have imagined that I would enjoy a bootcamp so much! It's amazing!
Pros: Challenging but fun workouts!
Cons: NONE!
