We sold 2 fine teak wood deck chairs through Estate Interiors a while ago. The problem was that we had them at their store for a long time. One day while we were in the area we stopped by and had a look around the store (it's big).
When we did not see our chairs on the floor, we asked the proprietor and wouldn't you know? What a coincidence! They had just sold and I was told I would be getting my check soon. Which I did. But I wondered WHEN they had sold.
Feeling a bit miffed, but with no other real alternative in the area we then consigned a small, modern kitchen table with matching chairs with them. Truth be told, we wanted to get rid of them and would have taken almost anything for the set.
We never heard from them again. That was 3 or so years ago. So who knows what ever happened to the set- but we haven't moved and Estate Interiors has our contact information. Just wonder if they sold the set and pocketed the money. All in all, I was underwhelmed by Estate Interiors.
Pros: Big Selection
Cons: Unprofessional Service. No Follow Up.
