My assistant called to arrange Lone Star to come out for an in home estimate. She said they refused to come to my home unless I went into the showroom. I didn't believe any company could be so lax in their customer service so I called myself. As a physician/widower with an Autisic child, I cannot spend time away from the hospital with casual shopping. I called and they told me no! So I moved on. I had a wonderful flooring installation done by a local custom builder/contractor. They painted the home and completed all work professionally. Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE more
