A man name Tom from Paul's Heating and Cooling left a voice mail on my phone threatening to put a notice on my house because they had routed the pipes in my house and they said I refused to pay them. They said when they spoke to someone at my house, the person said they were not me and refused to pay for services. He said they spoke to their attorney and that I was obligated by law to pay. THE CATCH HERE IS THAT NO ONE EVER CAME TO MY HOUSE, NOR PERFORMED ANY SERVICES. When I called back and said that I didn't appreciate the message they left and that no one had been to my house, Tom said he would check with the technician and call me back. No surprise, no one called me back.... BECAUSE THEY HAD THE WRONG HOUSE! Before leaving threatening messages on someones machine they should have done their homework. I am all for using local businesses, but I WILL NEVER USE PAUL'S HEATING AND COOLING AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY ONE ELSE DO EITHER.
