Very difficult to get good service, front desk was swamped with calls and only one person to man the phones. Update: Still waiting for a month after closing escrow for them to give me my keys to laundry etc. Tried in person but said they did not have all paperwork necessary. I even left a deposit with them. Severe termite damage on the balcony required my lender to actually go there in person to insist that it was done in a timely manner for my loan to fund. I asked 3 weeks ago for the new wood to be painted. ONLY the wood visible from the ground level was painted... not the inside or tops of the boards... I can't even believe this is really happening when I pay >$400 month in fees to these jerks. Furthermore every time I call I get sent to a voice mail or told by any live person that this issue is ""Not their job"". I've NEVER experienced such an unprofessional group of people. Pros: not much Cons: bad attitude at front desk, not helpful more
