Mother passed in 2000. Father had to remind cemetery numerous times to get the date put up on crypt (not an inexpensive option)
Father passed summer 2008, same thing. Called numerous times. Finally, today, Stanley from Meadowridge called to let me know that almost two years late they mounted the date of death.
Management does not care! I asked for an explanation... nothing. Asked for an apology... nothing. NEVER, EVER deal with them. Sure they will take your money, sure they will do a good job on your day of grief, but heaven help you if you have any issues later. They do not care!!!
