The service man arrived and couldn't install the show fixtures that I had purchased but did install the faucet that I provided. He left gobs of caulking and charged me $232 for a faucet noted on the package as easy to install. This group is running a scam.

Ms. Gallagher agreed to the price before performing the job and was displeased with the plumber because the sales person who sold her the faucet package(she purchased) said that this was a simple job. We charged her our standard fee and gave her a senior discount (even though she was not a senior citizen). I spoke with her personally and refunded her money. We want our customers to be happy no matter what. We're remorseful she was not ultimately happy despite our best efforts.
