I chose this salon because they sell Bumble and Bumble products, which is usually a sign of a good salon, but when it comes to style and class, Changes falls way short. Sure its a good salon if your idea of high style is a Jennifer Aniston cut from 1994, but dont expect anything trendy or cool. The stylists need help dressing as well, they look like they just returned from dancing at Amateur Night at a local strip club. My stylist was an older woman who was wearing a skirt too short for even a woman half her age, complete with hooker boots. The decor is also very tacky; it looks like it was picked out of the clearance rack at a Pier One. Changes reminds me of that one girl in school who tried just a little too hard to be cool and hip, but never quite pulled it off.

Cons: everything else
