Applewood was very prompt and thorough. They called an hour ahead to indicate they would e-mail a photo and credentials of the technician who would be coming to our home. We had both the AC and Furnace inspected and a maintenance check. Art, the technician was very thorough and provided advice and information. We had questions about the whole-house humidifier and got specific detailed information. The technician made recommendations without a ""hard-sell"".
