They did the same thing to me. I went in for shots. They never told me that there was going to be an exam and all this other crap, nor did they tell me that I was going to be billed $220 for everything they did! I swear they would charge you for even writing stuff down about your pet if they could! I even tried to go back and get a refund for my second shots because the vet that worked on my cat refused to acknowledge my expectations and just did whatever the hell he wanted without my consent, but of course him and his vet tech got me in a room and through procedure at my face. And then he persisted to call me an idiot by waiving his degree in my face while telling me that the vaccines were necessary for a single indoor cat (even though the last time he said it was just recommended). Even when I explained the situation to him and after he claimed to be sharp on his notes about his patient's exams and the owner's needs, he still pretended to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. Its rude to treat your own client like a child and then rob them of whatever they have. Doctor, you're a pretentious wanabee elitist. Get your head out of your arse and learn that med school isn't the basis of life. The way you go about treating anyone with a complaint or anyone that you find inferior to your ""education"" is ridiculous and unethical.
